Breast augmentation WITHOUT implants, using a fat graft from the abdomen and flanks. Liposuction is used to obtain fat from the body, then that fat is used to augment the breast, buttocks, even face! This patient also had a breast lift with her breast augmentation with fat grafting. This eliminates the risk of capsular contracture, breast implant illness, and other complications associated with breast implants.

Dr. Sousa: Dr. Sousa here, the plastics doc. Want to give you an update on one of our postdoc patients. So this is a young lady who came in and we did a lift and fat grafting. So this is all fat graft, all the volume that she has here in this upper pole on this beautiful medial pole cleavage, this is all from fat grafting. It's all very nice and soft. She's doing excellent. Shape is beautiful. Fullness is beautiful.
